The Essential Energy Channels
(Knowledge of these three channels can change everything)

Recently, we created a blog encouraging readers to focus on more than just the main chakras when it comes to clearing out Samskaras or blocked energy within the body and that there are actually tons of chakras to pay attention to.
We also discussed how putting one’s focus on a blocked area of the body can allow energetic blockages to clear and energy to flow freely.
Well, there’s actually more to the story…
Have you ever suffered from any of the following symptoms:
Cold, depression, limited cognitive energy, digestive issues, blocked nostrils, headaches, emotional imbalance, sleep issues?
Well, you could have been suffering from Symptoms of blocked Nadis.
Let me explain…
When it comes to full energetic alignment, there are not only the chakras to think about.
We are also packed full of energy channels known as Nadis. (They are also known as meridians.)
In fact, they are the focus point behind acupressure, acupuncture, EFT tapping, Qi Gong, and many more practices.
When these nadis become blocked, we can suffer in body, mind, and spirit.
The Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna Nadis are some of the most well-known and considered the most important Nadis (energy channels/meridians) in the body.
Imagine two tubes, one on the left, one on the right, going from the base of your spine all the way to your nostrils, piercing all of the chakras through the root chakra to the third eye chakra, swirling through your body like a double helix.
The Ida on the left, the Pingala on the right.
Now imagine another tube going straight down the middle of your spine from your root chakra all the way through your crown chakra.
This channel is known as Sushumna Nadi.
These channels must be kept clear for proper energy flow!
One way of unblocking and balancing these Nadis is to perform breathing practices known as Pranayama.
There are tons of Pranayama videos and resources online, but make sure to always consult someone who knows what they are doing and can guide you when beginning breath work!
Another method for getting started unblocking your Nadis is a meditation practice like this:
Sit comfortably with your spine straight
Breathe straight up and down your spine for a minute or two until you are completely relaxed
Visualize a glowing bright white ball of energy floating above your head
Imagine energy from this ball channeling through your head and clearing out your Ida and Pingala Nadis on the left and right sides of your spine and your Sushumna Nadi down the middle.
Imagine this energy dissolving any negative energies and filling these spaces with healing energy.
Imagine a swirling vortex of these energies working together to create energetic space within your body
Stay in this meditation for as long as you would like
After you have created some space in these energy channels, then why not try to place your focus upon blocked areas of the body to see if energy moves even easier and blockages are dissolved even more quickly.
