I am completely stumped

On my spiritual journey, I have discovered so much about chakras, auras, meridians (energy channels), and more, but there is something else so incredible that I had to also share it with you.

In addition to the above energetic frameworks, there is something that logs our emotions from experiences, the age we were when certain things happened, and even whether the energy (emotional trace) stems from our father’s side or our mother’s side.

And that’s not even the half of it.

Let me explain.

You know how when trees are cut down, the rings within the trunk offer information about the tree, like how old it is, environmental conditions, species, etc?

Well, there are some individuals out there who know how to run tuning forks over our bodies and the area around them and can tell us exactly what year a certain trauma, for example, happened!

So you don’t need to be “stumped” when it comes to an issue you may be having.

Because it’s kind of like reading the inside of a tree trunk.

How is this possible?

Well, there is something called biofield tuning wherein the practitioner literally “tunes” our energy like tuning an instrument.

The biofield is the energetic template in and around us and extends several feet outside of our physical bodies. It’s also known as the toroidal field.

If a tuning fork practitioner runs a fork over our biofield and notices that the tone starts sounding unusual at the furthest edges of our biofield, then it means that we are carrying disharmonious energy from our early years, and the closer we get to the center of our bodies, the energy is from later on in life.

The tuning fork will resonate a different characteristic for a different emotion.

For example, fear has a unique pulsing sound to it.

The practitioner then uses their tuning forks to pull the energy into the central channel-our body’s main energetic channel that travels through the middle of our bodies/spine (also known as the Sushumna Nadi).

This clears the blocked energy so it’s freed up and your system can be more optimized and less stuck.

This doesn’t just have invisible and emotional benefits, though.

Because everything is energy, this is said to immensely help one's physical health, too!

This information comes from Eileen Day McKusick, author of the book “Electric Body, Electric Health” which, in my opinion, is a must read for anyone looking to expand their understanding of the body and emotions (and, ergo, disease and health) as being electricity.

She states that energy on the right side of the body is associated with our father’s lineage, and on the left, our mothers.

We can even be carrying baggage from our ancestor’s lives!

This is possible through epigenetics–the concept that our ancestry carries the genetic memory of a ton of information, including trauma.

After discovering this information, I had to ask myself, “Is it possible for those of us who are not proficient with tuning forks to move energetic blockages from our biofields and into our central channels ourselves, just by using our minds or with energy healing techniques?”

Well, as McKusick States, yes, you can in fact move the energy with your imagination to unblock it, or simply just focus your awareness on it until it dissipates.

But this will require a ton of awareness and being able to perceive one’s own energy, ie, a meditation practice wherein one focuses on the energy in and around their body.

(If you’re not super good at this yet, then no worries! It takes practice!).

Why not try to tune in, see where you can perceive an energetic blockage in your biofield, and then focus your awareness on it until it dissipates.

That energy will now be freed up to work for you instead of holding you back!

Pay attention to what physical and emotional benefits you might glean from this over time.
