Being Honest With Yourself About Where You're Going and the Power of Journaling

In many spiritual circles, it is often commonplace to hear things like "go easy on yourself," "give yourself time to regroup," or "trust in the universe, and it will provide."
I believe whole-heartedly from experience that these statements are very accurate and, with the power of intention, can navigate your life to more desirable shores.
However, there is an element that many people on a spiritual path overlook: The amazing impact that being a little tough on yourself can have.
Now please don't get me wrong; I don't mean self-berating or bringing yourself down.
What I mean is; a healthy grasp on analyzing where you are now (emotionally, physically, spiritually, etc) and being honest with yourself about how you're going to get to where you're going.
One of the ways this can be achieved is through journaling.
If you don't keep track of your growth, desires, and dreams, then it will be more difficult to gauge what can bring you there more quickly.

This is one of the primary goals you should set.
Journal every day and describe whatever you do.
