For years, I couldn’t figure out why my posture was off.


Why was my ribcage pulling out to the left and my pelvis to the right?

Why was my spine twisted and my jaw misaligned?

I was healthy, as active as I could be, and ate well.

But the chronic fatigue and posture misalignment just couldn’t be ignored.

And so I spent years trying every type of physical therapy, vision therapy, and more, just to try and get some relief.

Eventually, relief was found in the form of Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice that utilizes the meridians (energy channels) in the body in the same way that acupuncture or acupressure might.

Eventually, I discovered that in Chinese Medicine, there are five elements - water, earth, fire, wood, and metal.

Each element is associated with different emotions and different organs.

Long story short, on a whim, I randomly (or was divinely led to) practice a short fire element qigong video on YouTube.

I couldn’t believe the results.

Just from moving my body in subtle ways and moving energy, it was actually aligning my skeleton!

I researched further into the fire element and discovered that the emotions associated with this element are hate and anger!

I thought back to my past and thought of the unhealthy relationships, the lies and mistrust, and all the stories, trials, and tribulations that my ego was still clinging on to and realized they were lodged in my body and were keeping my chest and ribcage locked up!

This, of course, meant that my pelvis could not move freely, and the energy of my lower chakras was also obstructed.

(Goodbye creativity and feelings of safety! Sound familiar?)

I started working hard to move the energy of the fire element and clear out the aforementioned emotions of anger and the like.

What happened was a completely renewed sense of energy where the flow was unobstructed, posture aligned, sleep, appetite, and more were all recovered in full and were even in better shape than decades ago!

Life has improved dramatically just from trying something new that I hadn’t come across before.

The reason I’m writing this message is for those of you out there who may have a hard time moving on from past anger and hurts.

Even if you may have thought that you’ve let them go mentally, they may still be in your body and in your energy!

Why not try some Qigong for the fire element (or some of the other elements) and see how you feel after you move some of this old energy out and bring in some new, fresh energy?
