😲 Gosh, This Can Really Creep Up on You

Some years ago, I began committing myself to reading at least ten pages of a book per day.

Usually, these books were of the self-help/spirituality type as I became more and more excited about bettering my life and mindset and improving my spiritual practice as I got older.

Some life-changing titles that I am endlessly grateful I came across are 'The Power of Now' (Eckhart Tolle), 'The Vortex' (Jerry and Esther Hicks), 'You are the Placebo' (Dr. Joe Dispenza), 'Mind to Matter' (Dawson Church), 'Change Your Mind' (RJ Spina), and countless others.

Some of the unlimited and life-changing benefits I have received from these books are:

• Understanding how to properly slow my brain waves down for endless benefit in meditation

• How to access the subconscious mind to clear limiting belief patterns

• The incredible power of EFT-Tapping

• How to access the eternal NOW to see through illusions of the mind

• How to utilize the law of attraction powerfully

And so many more things that I can't believe I didn't know existed before.

With just a tiny amount of "seeing what's out there" per day (in my case, I like to get lost in books), there can be a gargantuan compounding effect that can change lives in positive ways to no end.
